They did an excellent job adding vinyl plank flooring on the first floor of our home, and also advised us on what to purchase so we could save money on having the materials pre-delivered so we didn't have to pay them to pick it up. We appreciate not only their dedication, hard work, and attention to detail, but also that they worked with us to ensure the job was as cost effective as possible.

Joe and the guys installed a new hot water heater for us on Monday after I called them Friday because I noticed the hot water heater was leaking! They brought the new one, took the old one away and addressed and fixed a couple other plumbing issues while they were here for the hot water heater! Communication, time and pricing were great! They do pretty much anything when it comes to home maintenance and remodeling. We’re using Arkon for fall leaf cleanup/removal and getting a quote to refinish our wood floors. It’s nice to find one company that can do it all!

Arkon Developers were very professional and explained everything that was going to happen, even with the mini backhoe. They tore down a concrete wall and steps and made an incline with pavers to allow us to avoid lifting a mower and wheel barrel up and down the steps. They mulched one area where there was a ramp from the garage and seeded all areas of the lawn. The work was excellent and the clean up was awesome. It made a huge difference in accessing our backyard! All the employees were very friendly and considerate and I would highly recommend them.
